SAFETY PROCEDURES

Vehicles

• Brand new cars (regularly serviced with an authorised service centres)
• All our vehicles are insured (mandatory insurance, casco and passengers insurance)
• Tyres of premium brands (all tires are seasonally changed & adjusted to weather conditions)

Drivers

• Professional and experienced drivers
• Drivers physically and mentally prepared to conduct the transfer. Before every transfer we double-check to make sure drivers have had enough rest for the transfer requirements.
• Drivers are requested not to drink alcohol 24 hours before or during the transfer
• If not feeling well, driver must report this and will immediately get proper replacement for the transfer

Booking

Payment

• Every transfer can be paid in advance with Credit Card authorisation or at our office
• Service can also be paid with cash to the driver directly (in EUR or local currency)

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours prior – free of charge

Available transfer options (selectable in the Booking Form):

• 1 – 3 Persons standard car (Škoda Oktavia class or similar)
• 1 – 3 Persons luxury car (BMW Series 5 or Škoda Superb)
• 4 – 8 Persons minivan (Opel Vivaro or Mercedes Vito)
• 9 – 20 Persons minibus (Mercedes Sprinter)
• 21 – 32 Persons bus (Otokar Navigo)
• 33 – 50 Persons bus (MAN Lion’s Coach)

Please note that for pickup & drop off at and around Dubrovnik old town between 8 AM and 8 PM, vehicles with 8+1 seats and bigger are entitled to pay Dubrovnik city drop off and pick up fee. It is paid at the spot and is not included in the minivan and bus rental fees.

The costs are as follows defined by the Dubrovnik city authorities (https://www.sanitat.hr):

• 8 + 1 Minivan (200 HRK)
• 9 – 30 Seater Bus (400 HRK)
• 30+ Seater Bus (800 HRK)

If pickups & drop offs happen earlier than 8 AM and later than 8 PM, those are not entitled to Dubrovnik city fee.
