Founded by the ancient Greeks in 384 BC under the name Pharos, Stari Grad (meaning “Old Town”) is one of the oldest continuously inhabited towns in Europe. Protected by UNESCO, the Stari Grad Plain nearby still preserves the ancient Greek land division system, a living testament to more than 2,400 years of agricultural tradition.

Upon arrival, we’ll moor in or near Stari Grad’s peaceful harbor, surrounded by stone houses, palm-lined promenades, and a backdrop of olive groves and vineyards.

In the late afternoon and evening, guests have free time to wander through Stari Grad’s charming streets, visit local artisan shops, or enjoy a glass of Hvar’s Plavac Mali or Bogdanuša wine at a seaside café. For dinner, choose from a range of family-run konobas offering freshly caught seafood and traditional Dalmatian dishes served in historic courtyards.

What to expect:After breakfast on board, we leave the serene harbor of Stari Grad and set sail toward Brač Island, one of the most captivating islands of the central Adriatic. The sail across the Hvar Channel offers beautiful panoramic views of both islands and is the perfect way to start another day of exploration and relaxation.

Our first stop is the world-famous Zlatni Rat Beach, located on the southern coast near the town of Bol. Known as the “Golden Horn”, this iconic beach is a natural phenomenon — a shifting sand and pebble cape that changes shape with the tides and wind. Anchor nearby to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or paddleboarding in its crystal-clear turquoise waters. The beach’s unique beauty makes it one of the most photographed spots on the Adriatic.

After soaking in the sun and scenery, we continue sailing west along the southern coast of Brač toward Uvala Blaca, a secluded bay surrounded by rugged cliffs and pine forests. Here lies the Blaca Hermitage, a remarkable 16th-century monastery complex built into the rock face by Glagolitic monks. 

While anchored in Blaca Bay, your onboard host will serve a freshly prepared lunch, offering a perfect moment to relax in one of the island’s most peaceful corners.

In the afternoon, we continue toward Milna, a picturesque town on the western coast of Brač. Known for its traditional Dalmatian stone architecture, sheltered marina, and welcoming atmosphere, Milna is a favorite among sailors. Dock at Milna Marina or anchor nearby, and spend the evening strolling along the waterfront promenade lined with charming cafés and local restaurants.

For dinner, enjoy authentic Dalmatian cuisine at one of Milna’s renowned waterfront venues, all offering freshly caught seafood, local olive oil, and wines from Brač and Hvar.

What to expect:Enjoy your final day at sea by exploring the serene eastern and northern bays of Brač Island before returning to Split. After breakfast on board, we’ll slowly depart from Milna, sailing toward the picturesque Bobovišće Bay — a quiet, well-protected anchorage surrounded by pine-covered hills and traditional stone houses.

Here, you can relax on a mooring buoy, enjoy a leisurely swim or snorkel in crystal-clear waters, and take in the calm beauty of this peaceful corner of Brač. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reflect on the journey behind you.

Depending on wind and weather conditions, we may also explore some of Brač’s northern bays, offering tranquil settings and excellent spots for swimming and paddleboarding. A freshly prepared breakfast and light lunch will be served on board, allowing you to savor your final flavors of the Adriatic while enjoying the easy rhythm of sailing.

In the afternoon, we set our course back toward Split, where your sailing adventure gently comes full circle. As the familiar skyline of Split and the outlines of Marjan Hill appear on the horizon, take a moment to appreciate the unforgettable week behind you — from hidden coves and national parks to the islands of Hvar, Vis, Šolta, and Brač.
