What Do I Need to Bring?

Did the Sutjeska National Park Hiking day tour on 28 October 2025. Overall experience was amazing.
Did the booking online a week before the date, and got a prompt response from them. The staff (Amela) was friendly and helpful. Group tour was initially not confirmed as there was only one sign-up (me). Nevertheless, I was offered several alternatives in case the tour doesn’t go on, including a private tour which I didn’t mind paying for. Eventually, they got another sign-up so I went in a group tour of just 2 people and I only had to pay the group price. This demonstrates their ethics and honesty – they could have profited much more if they went ahead with my private tour which would cost more than the price of 2 people in a group tour.
The trip itself went smoothly too. The guide (couldn’t remember his name unfortunately) was friendly, informative and experienced. I truly enjoyed the trip. The vehicle (8-seater) was also comfortable.
Did a number of tours with Funky Tours in Bosnia in September
Cant recommend them highly enough. Excellent local guides and drivers were very well organised and considerate and took us to beautiful and fascinating places well off the normal tourist trail. As local guides they provided very clear and empathetic explantaions of the history and current situation of the places we were visiting
Ema was an amazing guide!
She is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives you insight into Bosnia that made my trip memorable. Shout out to the drivers as well, they were very skilled at navigating narrow Sarajevo streets 🙂
