In the summer of 2024, Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, welcomed the inaugural Silver Frame Film Festival (July 15-17th), a groundbreaking platform for filmmakers from around the globe, with a special emphasis on short films. This festival celebrates the power of short formats as one of the most dynamic and innovative ways to tell stories, explore emotions, and inspire change.

The Silver Frame Film Festival curates a distinguished selection of both feature-length and short films, handpicked by renowned selectors from prestigious festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Sarajevo, and Sundance. The festival’s lineup tackles contemporary societal, ecological, and cultural themes, amplifying diverse voices and perspectives from around the world.
